Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget.
- Collaborate with the construction director to develop and implement quality assurance procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a senior site manager or construction manager in a house building background.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and quality assurance protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
