About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial resources to maximize margin through subcontractor contract placement and control.
  • Control subcontract packages from enquiry to final account, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Implement strategies to mitigate contractual risks and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assess variations and valuations of subcontractor accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Authorize placement of contracts, materials, and plant orders, maximizing cash flow and minimizing delays.
  • Prepare monthly cost reports, providing valuable insights into project performance.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Principal Contractor.
  • Strong education background, including a minimum of HND qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proven time management abilities.
  • Strong IT literacy in Microsoft Office packages, with experience in project management software.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with clients and the supply chain, ensuring smooth project execution.
