About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the commercial success of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial resources to maximize margin through subcontractor contract placement and control.
  • Control subcontract packages from enquiry to final account, including package management and change control.
  • Regularly review contractual risks with the team and implement strategies to mitigate risk.
  • Assess variations and valuations of subcontractor accounts.
  • Authorize placement of contracts, materials, and plant orders.
  • Maximize cash flow through control, measurement, negotiation, invoicing, and payment of the supply chain.
  • Prepare monthly cost reports.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 8+ years of experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Principal Contractor.
  • A solid level of education, including a minimum of HND qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • The ability to work seamlessly with clients and the supply chain.
  • Strong IT literacy in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven time management skills.
  • Able to demonstrate a stable employment history.
