About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our team of territory managers in the North East of England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and train a team of territory managers to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and establish SMART targets for performance reviews and team recognition
  • Monitor competitor activity and new developments in the national healthcare landscape to anticipate external impacts on the business

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in surgical device sales or clinical development, with experience managing a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong focus on communication
  • Bachelor's degree level education, ideally in a relevant field
