About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality and Events Executive to join our team at Sedulo Group in Leeds or Liverpool. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and hospitality experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

As a Hospitality and Events Executive, you will work closely with our marketing team to plan and execute world-class events, develop relationships with local suppliers and businesses, and provide exceptional customer service to our senior management team and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event planning and coordination, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local suppliers and businesses to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our senior management team and clients, including responding to hospitality and events requests.
  • Managing food and beverage operations, including inventory management and catering for special events.
  • Ensuring high standards of hygiene and health and safety are maintained.
  • Collaborating with our People & Culture team, marketing team, and Social Media team to develop ideas for future team socials and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Conceiving and suggesting new ideas and concepts for events and hospitality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality and events, with a strong background in event planning and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation, with the ability to create engaging content for our social media channels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
