About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality and Events Executive to join our team at Sedulo Group Limited. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and hospitality experiences for our clients and stakeholders.

As a Hospitality and Events Executive, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute event strategies that align with our business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and executing events, conferences, and meetings
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Managing event budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality and events management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
