Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively to maintain high standards of customer service.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £29,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience. You'll also enjoy benefits such as a 20% colleague discount, a generous pension scheme, and access to a range of wellbeing support services.
