Customer Experience Sales Executive

We are looking for a talented Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
About the JobThis role involves handling inbound calls from customers, generating sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Process customer orders and quotations, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, applying this expertise to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve departmental targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing data to inform business decisions and improve performance.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and software applications.
