Austin Fraser is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Supply Chain Associate to work with one of our key retail clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for replenishing stock, maintaining store displays and performing housekeeping tasks.

Job Details:

This temporary contract role is ideal for someone with previous supermarket experience who is looking for a flexible opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge. As a member of our client's supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their stores.

Responsibilities:
  1. Moving and replenishing stock within the store, including heavy lifting and handling alcohol.
  2. Maintaining display units and shelving to ensure they look neat and presentable.
  3. Performing housekeeping activities to maintain a tidy and organised work area.
  4. Working effectively with colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
  5. Carefully handling stock to maintain quality and ensure it reaches customers in the best condition.
  6. Preparing the store for customer arrival and ensuring it is ready for trading.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have previous supermarket retail experience and be able to commit to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A strong time management skills and ability to work independently are also essential.

Salary & Benefits:

This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of £11.22 per hour, plus access to company pension and canteen facilities.

Work Schedule:

The ideal candidate will be available to work flexitime, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required. You will need to be able to relocate to Banbury or commute reliably from another location.
