Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cardiff. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our office, handling administrative duties, and acting as a crucial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.
* Maintain organised records and files, ensuring smooth document management and retrieval.
* Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
* Ensure the office is well-stocked, organised, and equipped with necessary supplies.
* Arrange travel, accommodations, and other logistics for team members attending events or conferences.
* Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and processing invoices.
* Help organise company events, meetings, and conferences, including managing logistics.
* Provide general administrative assistance to the team and management as needed.
* Ensure all office operations are in line with institutional policies and ethical guidelines.

Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
* Prior administrative experience, ideally in a smaller business environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
