About the Role

Horizon Care and Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in our home in Kent. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them to develop new skills, build relationships, and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support young people with morning routines, including getting ready for school and preparing healthy meals
  • Encourage and facilitate social activities, hobbies, and friendships
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for young people to relax and unwind
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver relationship-based, person-centred care
  • Participate in reflective practice and ongoing training and professional development
