About the Role:

Horizon Care and Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Kent. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in various aspects of daily life within our homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young people in continuing their hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learning new skills.
  • Assist with morning routines, such as getting ready for school and ensuring a nutritious breakfast.
  • Prepare evening meals and create a safe and relaxing environment for young people to unwind.
  • Help young people reach their full potential and explore new opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with a small team to deliver relationship-based, person-centered care.
