Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities.
  • Assisting clients with rehabilitation and learning disability needs, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their mental health and well-being.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A caring and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Enhanced DBS check and other relevant qualifications.
