Clinical Nurse Practitioner

MCG Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Practitioner to fill various locum positions in General Practice across Kent. The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment, screening, and treatment skills, as well as excellent health education advice abilities.
The role involves providing nursing treatments to patients in collaboration with general practitioners or independently, according to agreed protocols. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering general and specific health screenings to practice patients, referring them to GPs as necessary.
A minimum of 2 years' experience working in General Practice is required, along with possession of treatment room skills. Cervical screening training, childhood and travel immunisation training, and evidence of monitoring chronic disease are also essential qualifications.
Qualified candidates should have a relevant nursing degree and current NMC registration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also highly valued.
