About the Role

We are seeking an Insurance and Claims Apprentice to join our team at Yorkshire Housing. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in insurance and claims handling, while working in a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather evidence and initiate investigations to defend claims
  • Support colleagues in the handling of claims from first notification to settlement
  • Assist the team in the procurement and annual renewal of Yorkshire Housing's insurance
  • Respond to enquiries from customers looking to make a claim and advise them of the process
  • Keep claims systems up to date to ensure accurate reporting to key stakeholders within YH
