Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Member to assist our Maintenance Manager in the upkeep of our grounds and facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and presentation across our parkland and lakes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out seasonal landscaping and tree felling as per the programme provided by the Maintenance Manager
  • Undertake gardening tasks, such as strimming, weeding, grass cutting, grass collection, and litter collection, to ensure all operating standards are maintained
  • Repair paths, steps, and walls as requested by the Maintenance Manager
  • Maintain and undertake weekly checks of all machinery
  • Assist with siting and re-location of caravans
  • Comply with all company Health & Safety policies and guidelines, including wearing the appropriate PPE, to ensure safety to yourself and to others

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage, although full training will be given
  • Full driving licence required
  • We are looking for a positive, friendly, energetic individual with a "can do" attitude
