About this role

Aircall is seeking a Sales Leader to drive revenue and pipeline growth in the UK, Ireland & Nordics region. As a key member of the UKI & Nordics Leadership team, you will be responsible for refining existing ways of working and creating new strategies to bring consistency and predictability to the sales organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 3 AEs to drive revenue and pipeline growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing, SDR, and partnerships teams to drive new pipeline and increase win rates
  • Lead by example as a player/coach, managing own opportunities and driving best practice across the team
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and/or business development, preferably in the software/technology space
  • 1+ year of experience in management or team lead role, preferably in the software/technology space
  • Proven track record of success in closing mid-market opportunities and generating pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Experience working with a clear methodology such as SPICED or MEDDPIC
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
