VP Sales Leader UKI

Twilio is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our UKI team as VP Sales Leader UKI. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the UK and Ireland region.
About the Role:We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base in the UK and Ireland.

- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales enablement programs, sales training, and sales analytics.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and sales performance metrics to ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including new logo sales and cross-selling into existing customer bases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our sales strategy remains competitive and effective.
- 12 years' experience driving high-reaching sales results selling innovative technology solutions.
- Strong functional expertise in sales and sales management with a minimum of 8 years' experience leading high-performing software sales teams.
- Experience developing customer-focused sales strategies that cut across all GTM functions, and collaborate in particular with SDR, Partner, and Marketing functions.
- Proven track record of building and leading impactful and diverse sales teams, including overlay specialist teams, that consistently exceed targets.
- Experience of new logo sales and cross-selling into an existing customer base.
- Comfortable setting priorities, leading forecasting, and able to support fiscal planning and revenue tracking for a fast-growing business.
This role will be based out of our London office. Approximately 20% travel is anticipated.
