Job Title: VP Sales Leader UKI

Twilio is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our UKI team as VP Sales Leader UKI. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the UK and Ireland region.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base in the UK and Ireland.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales enablement programs, sales training, and sales analytics.
  5. Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and sales performance metrics to ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  6. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including new logo sales and cross-selling into existing customer bases.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our sales strategy remains competitive and effective.
Requirements:
  • 12 years' experience driving high-reaching sales results selling innovative technology solutions.
  • Strong functional expertise in sales and sales management with a minimum of 8 years' experience leading high-performing software sales teams.
  • Experience developing customer-focused sales strategies that cut across all GTM functions, and collaborate in particular with SDR, Partner, and Marketing functions.
  • Proven track record of building and leading impactful and diverse sales teams, including overlay specialist teams, that consistently exceed targets.
  • Experience of new logo sales and cross-selling into an existing customer base.
  • Comfortable setting priorities, leading forecasting, and able to support fiscal planning and revenue tracking for a fast-growing business.
Location:

This role will be based out of our London office. Approximately 20% travel is anticipated.
