Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Education Support Assistant to provide support to a student with SEND needs in a Key Stage 1 class. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing effective support to students with complex needs and a passion for making a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to a student with SEND needs in a Key Stage 1 class
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Assist with daily living tasks and provide emotional support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of progress and communication with parents/guardians

Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 teaching assistant qualification or equivalent required
- Experience working with children with SEND/SEMH needs in a Key Stage 1 setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
