About the Role

We are working in partnership with Worcestershire Council to find a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months of experience in SEND/SEMH and be able to plan engaging lesson activities and resources that cater to the diverse needs of individual children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the unique requirements of students with SEND
  • Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies
  • Collaborate with internal staff and families to ensure seamless support for students
