About the Position

We are partnering with Worcestershire Council to find an accomplished SEN Teacher who can make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable students.

The ideal candidate will possess 6 months of SEND/SEMH experience and excel at developing customized lesson plans that cater to individual needs.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement responsive teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Promote positive behaviour and well-being among students with SEND
  • Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams and families to ensure cohesive support
