Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the teacher in the classroom to ensure learning objectives are met.
  • Assist with general classroom tasks and provide individual support to students.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement effective learning strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in Key Stage 1/ KS1 or Key Stage 2/ KS2.
  • Strong passion for supporting students and experience within education.
  • Desirable: SEND experience/knowledge.
