About the Role:
This position is responsible for planning and developing social programmes for our residents, including arts, crafts, music, and other activities. You will work closely with our care teams to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily social programmes for our residents
- Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Maintain accurate records of resident activity participation and engagement
- Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with older adults, particularly those living with dementia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
