Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Strategic Programme Coordinator to join our London office at Blue Legal. As a key member of the business development team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing our Professional Trustee Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Coordination: Support in capturing feedback and insights on identified themes, ensuring a positive experience for professional trustee community members.
  • Event Planning: Assist with the annual professional trustee survey, coordinate process, review responses, and initial analysis and drafting.
  • New Joiner Engagement: Monitor new joiners at professional trustee firms, organise universities for them, finding presenters and preparing marketing materials.
  • Administration Tasks: Handle tasks for professional trustee events, including away days, roundtables, networking/social events, and next-generation networking.
Requirements:
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience working in a professional services firm is essential.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisation and administration skills, prioritising tasks according to deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with confidence to work with all levels of seniority.
  • Note-taking Skills: Good note-taking skills to ensure relevant meeting notes are captured.
