We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our Go To Market team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing inbound generated leads, self-generating leads through traditional and innovative prospecting methods while taking a solution-led approach.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly reputable organization with a strong track record of growth. Our company has experienced significant expansion in recent years, with a 60% increase last year and 90% so far this year, and we are looking for individuals who can help drive our future success.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work at a high level of velocity and volume. They will also possess a natural ability to identify, develop, and nurture leads (prospective clients) and be tenacious and resilient with a 'can-do' and 'will-do' attitude.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible and hybrid working, cycle to work scheme, electric car scheme, gym discounts, and many more flexible benefits. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing inbound generated leads and self-generating leads through traditional and innovative prospecting methods
  • Working closely with the marketing and creative team to ensure all necessary tools, information, and education are provided to support the role
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Collaborating with other teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
