About the Position:

The Chemotherapy Nurse will work as part of a dedicated team to provide holistic care in patients' homes. They will administer chemotherapy treatments defined in patient care plans while maintaining professional standards.

This role requires an ambassador for delivering patient-focused care, offering tailored nursing services that cater to individual needs. All clinical data will be accurately documented, and adverse drug events reported through the proper protocol.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments according to patient care plans.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to support treatment and recovery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and demonstrate expertise in clinical competency areas, ensuring compliance with business policies and procedures.
