Haematological Care Coordinator

We provide healthcare to patients with long-term conditions, rare diseases, and cancer. As a Regional Travel Chemotherapy Nurse, you will travel throughout a regional area, delivering specialist treatment and making a real difference in people's lives every day.
You will administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, as defined in the patient's care plan while sustaining professional standards. You will also build long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to aid and support treatment and recovery.
Estimated Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
