About the Role:


Busy Bee Recruitment is seeking an experienced Machining Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for setting up jigs and operating various CNC machines, including milling centres and lathes.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Set up and operate CNC machinery to manufacture high-quality products
  • Work closely with the team to achieve manufacturing targets and ensure efficient production processes
  • Communicate product status accurately and maintain high levels of attention to detail
  • Cross-train to support other units and contribute to problem-solving efforts


Requirements:



  • Prior experience operating CNC machinery is highly desirable
  • Basic Microsoft Office application skills are essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with the team
  • The ability to follow standard operating procedures and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial
  • Previous manufacturing experience is highly valued
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes is essential
