We are seeking a highly skilled Coffee Machine Field Service Engineer to join our team at Recruitment Helpline Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in servicing and maintaining a wide range of coffee and hot beverage equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing a high-quality service to all customers, ensuring that their coffee machines are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults on a complete range of coffee and vending equipment, with a focus on achieving excellent first-time fix levels.
  • Continually reviewing multiple fault equipment and prioritizing repairs to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a close working relationship with colleagues and clients, providing excellent customer service and communication.
  • Attending training courses to maintain the highest standard of workmanship and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working as a Coffee/Vending Machine Service Engineer, Commercial Coffee Machine Engineer, or Coffee Machine Service Engineer.
  • A full UK driver's licence and commutability to Cambridge daily.
  • Knowledge of Jura, Franke, Bravilor, Coffetek, Azkoyen, and Iberital machines, although this is not essential.
