Make a Real Difference in the Lives of Homeless Individuals
The Rough Sleeping Team in Oxford provides a rapid response service to support people at immediate risk of rough sleeping. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with individuals to develop assessment action plans that promote their recovery and well-being.
About the Role
You will be responsible for providing direct support to people new to or at risk of rough sleeping, building positive working relationships with a range of services and individuals across Oxford.
