Sales and Account Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an exceptional Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and consulting with companies for prestigious exhibitions.
">This role offers exciting opportunities for domestic and international travel to competitor exhibitions. You will be working closely with our Sales Manager to achieve and exceed KPIs, including call rates and diary entries. You will also be handling floorplan management and providing post-sales service and account management to clients.
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven B2B sales experience, preferably in an exhibition or events context. You will also need to have proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong fluency in English (both spoken and written). Experience in both phone-based and face-to-face selling is essential, as well as the ability to travel internationally up to 4 times a year.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Sourcing, pitching, and consulting with companies for prestigious exhibitions.
- Handling floorplan management and providing post-sales service and account management to clients.
- Identifying competitors and balancing phone-based selling with face-to-face appointments as necessary.
- Maintaining the database with effective data entry to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
