About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will play a critical role in providing specialist advice on employee relations cases, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional and timely service to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary investigations, grievance, performance management, and organisational change.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve service delivery and management competences to avoid litigation.
  • Direct line management responsibility for a HR Assistant and support the HR Business Partner in identifying and delivering HR projects that add value to HR Operations processes and RHN stakeholders.
  • Engage and upskill stakeholders to improve management competences and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our HR service.
About You

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a robust background in employee relations and a strong understanding of HR compliance and employment legislation. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services and a passion for learning and development.
