Senior HR Advisor (Operational)

We are working with a respected organisation in the healthcare sector that specialises in complex neuro-disability care. They are currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their team within the Workforce Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the full cycle of employment relations (ER) cases, including performance, absence, grievance, and disciplinary investigations.
  • Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Line management of an HR Assistant, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery.
  • Collaborating with HR Systems & Compliance to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Supporting organisational change and process improvement initiatives.
  • Delivering HR projects that align with the organisation's People Strategy.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards qualification).
  • Extensive experience in managing complex ER cases.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage HR projects and deliver process improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a background in employee relations, looking to make a real impact in a specialist healthcare setting.
