About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice on employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary investigations, grievance, performance management, and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Develop and implement HR projects that improve HR Operations processes and stakeholder engagement
  • Manage a HR Assistant and support the HR Business Partner in delivering HR projects
  • Engage and upskill stakeholders to improve management competences and prevent litigation
