We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team at Condokeeper Ltd. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our properties to ensure they are safe and comfortable for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work.
  • Repair and replace fixtures, fittings, and equipment as needed.
  • Assist with plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains.
  • Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues.
  • Support maintenance activities related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
  • Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills and basic English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Plumbing experience is essential.
  • Fun, energetic, and "can do" attitude.
  • Creative and able to use your own initiative.
