We are a dynamic student accommodation and short-let management company managing over 70 properties in Central London. Our mission is to provide high-quality, secure, and contemporary living spaces for students, fostering an environment that supports both academic success and personal growth.

Job Role: Handyman

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of our properties. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work, as well as repairing and replacing fixtures, fittings, and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to maintain the condition of our properties.
  • Repair and replace fixtures, fittings, and equipment as needed.
  • Perform basic electrical work, including changing settings on cooling and heating equipment.
  • Conduct general cleaning tasks inside and outside the buildings.
  • Use tools and equipment to complete tasks, including climbing ladders, lifting heavy items, and crawling in tight spaces when necessary.

Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled and physically fit individual with experience in maintenance and repair work. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
