Job Title: Building Services Handyman

Location: Kings Cross

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our building services team, who is passionate about delivering high-quality maintenance services and working collaboratively with our team of engineers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preventative and planned maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
  • Hosting contractors and ensuring seamless communication
  • Assisting shift engineers with daily tasks and projects
  • Reactive maintenance, including unblocking toilets, water temperature checks, and weekly flushing
  • Maintaining accurate records of jobs using log books
  • Working collaboratively with a team of 6 engineers to achieve common goals

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Package and Benefits:

  • Salary between £35,000 to £38,000
  • Shift cover overtime
  • No call-outs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial maintenance
  • Reliable and keen attitude to work
  • Basic mechanical knowledge, including valves, pumps, and fan coil units
