Strategic Sales Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Motorway Online Ltd. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing scale-up, working with a talented team of colleagues to drive sales growth and success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior sales, account management, partnership success, or business development, with a proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth across partner accounts. They will be an expert in solution selling, pipeline management, and complex corporate account engagement at C-suite/board level, with a deep product/service understanding and ability to develop expertise.
This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to balance short-term responsiveness with long-term strategic focus. The successful candidate will be adept at navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with senior stakeholders, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
In this role, you will:
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives of the UK's largest dealerships, supporting their profitable growth through the use of Motorway's products and services.
- Communicate the Motorway value proposition, tailored to the specific needs of dealerships.
- Achieve sales growth targets and secure dealers' commercial commitment to Motorway.
- Introduce additional products and services to support dealers' sales growth.
- Act as the 'voice of the dealer' within the business, providing insights to inform both short-term and long-term improvements.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a fantastic commission structure, BUPA health insurance, pension scheme, and flexible working options, including the opportunity to work remotely for a month per year.
