Job Description

A teaching qualification is also essential.

The role involves working with learners on a one-to-one basis, as well as in group settings, to help them develop their skills and knowledge. The successful candidate will also be required to obtain the appropriate prison clearance before starting the role and maintain this throughout employment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Good basic general education including GCSE (or) equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C or above.
  • A Degree, or professional qualification, which is appropriate to the work.
  • Experience in supporting learners re-engaging into education
