Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Educational Specialist to join our team at a Reigate-based special educational needs school.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students, including those requiring SEN support.
  2. Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
  4. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay updated with educational trends.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  2. Experience preferred in teaching SEN
  3. Previous experience in tutoring or teaching preschool-aged children is highly desirable

Estimated Salary: £45,000 per annum
