Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Educational Support Specialist to work with students aged 11-19 who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a full-time, permanent position starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nurturing strategies to support students with SEMH needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
About the School
This school caters to 75 pupils with SEMH needs and some additional requirements. The school prides itself on its supportive community and commitment to student well-being.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
