Job Title: Education Support Specialist

About the Role:
BeBee Professionals is seeking a dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our school in Woking, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our classrooms during teacher absences.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of regular teachers, maintaining a safe and productive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task, utilizing strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhancement.
• Support students with their learning when necessary, fostering a positive attitude towards education.
• Assist with administrative duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential; a passion for education and a commitment to making a difference in students' lives are essential.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
• Patience and a positive attitude towards supporting students, with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure their success.
• Flexibility to work on short notice when required, with a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or a willingness to obtain one.
