We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Premier Inn Keswick. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to deliver a welcoming, safe, and brilliant hotel experience.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate, up to £ per hour.
  • A guaranteed 32 hours per week, spread across 4 days, with shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends.
