Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a general manager or assistant general manager of a 4 or 5-star hotel. They will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest services and hospitality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all hotel operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and guest services.
  • Utilize human resources skills to recruit, train, and motivate staff members for optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel operations, guest services, and overall hotel performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervising experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in hotel management and guest services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in human resources practices within a hospitality setting.
