We're currently recruiting for a Duty Manager position in our Keswick Premier Inn. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to deliver an exceptional hotel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of up to £ per hour.
  • A guaranteed 32 hours per week, spread across 4 days, with shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends.
