Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a Construction Project Supervisor to oversee a refurbishment initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage trades personnel effectively.
• Oversee documentation and provide comprehensive reports on the work completed.
• Ensure familiarity with steel frame units and cladding operations.
Requirements:
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Valid CSCS card.
Additional Duties:
• Supervise work shifts to guarantee adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site staff.
• Report on project advancements to the primary contractor.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the refurbishment process.
Compensation:
£270 per shift.
