The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our charitable initiatives. As Charities Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning financial objectives with organisational goals, ensuring financial integrity across all operations, and serving as a liaison between Finance and the Charities team. Your primary focus will be on maximising value generation and coordination between the two parties.

Key Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced finance professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in finance, preferably in a similar or larger fundraising organisation. You should possess a professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA, and have a strong understanding of the unique financial challenges and regulatory framework of the charity sector. In addition, you should demonstrate solid strategic financial acumen and commercial awareness, with advanced Excel skills and a proven track record of cultivating successful business relationships and partnerships.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
