Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fiduciary Relationship Manager to join our team in London or Edinburgh. As a key member of our Fiduciary Services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the trustee and fiduciary relationship of a specific set of UK managed fund clients.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings as required to discuss their investment and borrowing needs.
  • Work closely with the Fiduciary Operations function to resolve any queries or issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and report on the investment and borrowing activities of designated funds, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Interact with clients to resolve any breaches or price errors that may occur.
  • Responsible for daily cash flow monitoring processes in line with AIFMD/UCITS requirements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of onsite inspection visits to managers, administrators, transfer agents or other entities as directed.
  • Assess risk and make business decisions that align with the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Extensive experience in fiduciary or compliance services.
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • A bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred.
