Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Duty and Recruitment Officer to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for various duties, including:

  • Recruiting foster carers and coordinating placements
  • Ensuring the welfare of children in our care
  • Building and maintaining relationships with foster carers and external stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of child welfare and safeguarding practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferred)
