Job Summary

We seek a full-time Duty and Recruitment Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various duties, including recruiting foster carers, coordinating placements, and ensuring the welfare of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and support foster carers to provide a stable and loving environment for children
  • Coordinate placements to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Ensure the welfare and safety of children in our care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with foster carers, children, and other stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional support to foster carers to help them acquire the skills and confidence needed to care for children

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Knowledge of child welfare and safeguarding practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management

What We Offer

Salary from £28K - £35K based on experience and skills.
